OAED is a Greek Organization for the Employment of the Workforce.
The Unemployed and Employees whose family income does not exceed the low family income limit (up to a maximum of 30.000,00 €).
Children aged 6-16 years old, born between 01.01.2009 and 14.06.2019.
15 days of free accommodation (14 nights in total). The departure of the child takes place on the 15th day until 12:00 pm.
The camping periods for summer 2023 are the following:
- Α: 16 June to 30 June
- Β: 2 July to 16 July
- C: 17 July to 31 July
- D: 31 July to 14 August
A) The basic requirement for the Unemployed or Employees who will participate in the OAED program is that their actual family income from any source during the tax year 2022 (fiscal year 2023, see the 2023 Tax Statement), must not exceed in any case 30.0000,00 €.
B) Meet at least one of the conditions of those of Unemployed Beneficiaries or Employed Beneficiaries.
In detail for those who have the status of :
“UNEMPLOYED”
or have been continuously registered as unemployed for at least 4 months (without interruption until the announced deadline for online submission of applications to the OAED)
or has regularly received at least 50 days of benefits from the OAED in the previous year (50 daily benefits in the year 2023)
or have completed in the year 2023, 50 days in total cumulative of the cases of regular subsidy from the OAED and insurance in the IKA-ETAM (as an employee with a dependent employment relationship under private law) or special maternity leave subsidy.
“EMPLOYEE”
or have completed at least 50 stamps in the t.IKA-ETAM of EFKA in the year 2023 (insured for at least 50 days in the t. IKA-ETAM with a dependent employment relationship under private law)
or have received at least 50 days of special maternity protection leave allowance in the year 2023
or have completed in the year 2022, 50 days in total cumulative of the cases of regular subsidy from OAED and insurance in the IKA-ETAM (as an employee with a dependent employment relationship under private law) or special maternity leave subsidy.
The Unemployed or Employed Beneficiaries must submit an online application to the digital portal of the Public Sector (www.gov.gr) as a certified user (having been issued OAED passwords to access the online services) or as a new user with TAXISnet codes (users who do not have OAED passwords) within the announced deadline.
The relevant notice and instructions on how to carry out the submission procedure will be published in “Our News” in due course.
All applications will be examined by OAED after the end of the online application submissions. The Beneficiary is obliged to enter OAED’s web portal in the following days, using his/her access codes, in order to find out whether his/her application has been provisionally approved (provisional result tables) and therefore his/her child is subsidized for the camping program or has been rejected.
If the application is rejected, the beneficiary has the right of appeal within 3 days from the day following the day of their publication on OAED’s web portal.
Finally, following the examination of the objections by OAED, the final result tables are posted and the parent-beneficiary is again obliged to ascertain whether his/her application has finally been approved or rejected and therefore whether his/her child has been issued with the unique electronic cheque number for payment that ensures the free accommodation provision.

The unique check number of each child is required (issued upon posting of the final results of the DY.PA.) and clear photocopies of the Beneficiary’s Identity Certificates (ID or Passport & recent Family Status Certificate)
The Identity Card of the Guardian-Parent .
In case of temporary withdrawal, a special exit permit is signed by the Guardian.
In the case of early permanent departure, the responsible Exit Declaration, completed and signed only by the Beneficiary of the OAED program, is completed and signed Y.D. that specifies the date and time of departure from the camp, or in the case of temporary absence Y.D. that specifies the date of receipt and return of their child exclusively through GOV.GR and is delivered to the Camp.
An authorization to the third person is filled in by the Guardian exclusively via GOV.GR and delivered to the Camp.
The authorization is signed by the beneficiary of the OAED program, specifying the date and time of departure from the camp exclusively via GOV.GR and delivered to the camp.
